Planning & Inspiration
Planning your Safari
We design all of our safaris so that our guests have an unparalleled experience., typically doing a morning and afternoon game drive in comfortable, well-supplied and expertly guided safari vehicles. Normally the drives are done in our jeeps, however there is the possibility to fly from one camp to another thus saving time. Depending on the camp or accommodation, we can choose from a wide range of activities, from classic game drives, bush picnics, cultural exchanges, bush walks, candlelight dinners to optional balloon rides and that rare luxury in modern life: deep, peaceful rest. And as an African-born company, our inspiration is endless. You Dream it, We Plant it, we will find the right safari for you.

How much time do you have?
Of course, we recommend that you take as much time on safari as possible, so wonderful is the African experience. Our Classic Safaris vary in the number of days and our Custom Safaris can be any length, from a week to a month or more. As always, your schedule and preferences dictate our planning.
Where would you like to Safari?
There are countless parks and each park has its own specificity and beauty, here our Safari specialists will help you to choose the best solution.
When is the best time to safari?
A major question. But not so easy to answer. Our Classic safaris operate throughout the year and our Custom Safaris launch whenever you want them to. Our safari experts will offer detailed suggestions based on your schedule and preferences—and, only a click away, we discuss weather in the varied regions in which we safari, along with many commonly asked safari questions.
What are the camps and lodges like? And what’s the difference between a camp and a lodge?
Each one has a colorful personality and a lovingly chosen location. In all of them you will experience Africa in its splendor.
Lodges typically consist of permanent cottages and a traditional manor house, or individually decorated rooms in that
welcoming house, which often has multiple dining areas, outside and inside, and lush landscaping for carefree walks.
Without losing a smidgen of quality, camps usually feature a main house, and a number of luxuriously appointed,
refreshingly airy tents (with en suite bathrooms, verandahs, and sitting areas).
How much does a Safari cost?
Our answer to “How much does a safari cost?” is probably the most complicated of all. Further questions we need to ask to work out the cost of your safari include:
- How many people are travelling?
- Do you have any specific dates?
- What level of accommodation are you looking for?
Some key questions will need to be asked before we can design an itinerary and get its value, small details can make all the difference. All itineraries will be carefully handled in consultation with the client to ensure that the itinerary is ideal, desired and meets the client’s budget.
And what about African culture?
We have a saying, tried and true: People come to Africa to see its wildlife, but they leave in love with its people. We were born here and we have the deep knowledge of the local life and its rich culture, you will have contact with our people and feel like one of our people, from the Maasai tribe to the Hadzabe, you will be welcomed with a happy “Jambo”.
